There are a few options for you as a current student to participate in a learning community.  You can 1) join a learning community as a participant or 2) apply to be a student employee with Learning Communities. Both options as well as the application process are outlined within the links below.

LC Choices for Current Students

Although most learning communities are focused on first-year students, there are four that are open for you to join as a learning community participant in your second-year/sophomore year. Click to find the learning community that's right for you!

Application Process

Once you've figured out which learning community you want to join, you must apply.  The application process is different for you as a current students than it is for incoming first-year students. Click to apply.

There are two learning community employment opportunities available for current students; Become a Learning Community RA or a Learning Community Peer Mentor! Click to learn more about the application and selection process.
